Refund Policy
Please read the following refund policy carefully before completing your registration for any of our courses or workshops.
1. Non-Refundable Registrations
All course and workshop registrations are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, we are unable to provide a refund under any circumstances. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
2. Transferring Registrations
While we do not offer refunds, we allow you to transfer your registration to another person. If you are unable to attend the course or workshop, you may transfer your registration to a colleague, friend, or another individual. Please notify us of any transfer requests at least [14 days] before the course or workshop start date to ensure the transfer is processed smoothly.
3. How to Request a Transfer
To request a transfer, please contact the organizing team with the following details:
• Your registration details
• The full name and contact information of the person to whom the registration will be transferred
• Any other relevant information to assist us in processing the transfer
4. Changes or Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a course or workshop, you will have the option to:
• Transfer your registration to a future course or workshop of equal value.
• Receive a full refund of the registration fee, if you do not wish to transfer to another session. We will notify you as soon as possible if a course or workshop must be cancelled or rescheduled.
5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend the course or workshop without prior notice of cancellation or transfer, no refund or credit will be issued.
